The Dunedin Town Belt covers 202 hectares of reserve land in the central urban area of Dunedin. It crosses several suburbs including Mornington, Roslyn, Maori Hill, Woodhaugh and Opoho.
The Town Belt Boost is a project that aims to protect and improve the area. People told us they wanted this when submitting on Te Ao Tūroa, Dunedin’s Environment Strategy. We have limited information about people’s perceptions of the Town Belt. We want to hear how you use the Town Belt, whether there are barriers to its use and your ideas on how we can improve its use and people’s awareness.
